Da Afghanistan Breshna Sherkat (DABS) invites sealed offers from eligible and qualified Bidders for procurement of DABS requirements. The Bidders shall furnish documentary evidence of their financial standing or alternatively, they shall submit a letter from a reputed bank indicating their financial status which will assure their ability to perform the contract of magnitude equivalent to the quoted price. A complete set of RFP Documents in English may be obtained by interested bidders free of cost by downloading the same from the DABS website www.dabs.af. In case of any
